Terms and Conditions

Prices
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include VAT at current UK rate. All goods remain the property of Fabulous Jewellery until paid for in full. Once payment has been received we will send out your purchase.

Delivery
Delivery will be charged £2.50 to all United Kingdom and Ireland destinations. All orders will come with free gift wrapped

Delivery Schedule
Your goods will be despatched the same day providing the order is placed before 2pm. All orders placed after 2 pm will be despatched the following day. Any orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched for a Monday for onwards delivery. All deliveries are made via Royal Mail. For orders over £30.00 Recorded Delivery will be used. Orders will typically take between 1 and 4 days for delivery. Deliveries to Northern and Southern Ireland may take up to 5 days. All offshore destinations; Isles, Scotland and Scilly can take 7 days to arrive.

Back Orders
We will make every effort to have all items shown in stock. If your item is not in stock we will email you with the option to wait for your item to come back into stock or choose another item. We will keep you updated with expected delivery dates via email. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee
All of our products come with a 30 day no questions guarantee.

Returns
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for either a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be made back onto the credit card the order was placed with. Post back the goods unused and in their original condition in the packaging. Return costs are at your expense unless on the rare occasion the item is faulty. In the rare event your purchase is incorrect, damaged or faulty we will arrange to fund the return postage cost providing it is within the 30 day warranty. Returns under warranty, but outside of the 30 days will be at the buyers cost.
Can you please pack the return in adequate packaging for transportation.
Please include your full name, address, contact telephone number along with your order details and details of exchange or refund. Once we receive it back we will take care of the rest and send over conformation via email.

Privacy Policy
Fabulous Jewellery donot disclose buyers' information to third parties.

Credit Card Security
You will be directed to Paypal (payment service provider). They will collect your credit card details and communicate with all the major banks. Paypal inform us that you have made a payment. At no point will Fabulous Jewellery or any of the staff working for Fabulous Jewelley have access to any of your card details.

Website Accuracy
Fabulous Jewellery will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all information made available on the web site, Not Fabulous Jewellery Limited nor any representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. Although product names, descriptions, prices and availability are aimed to be correct, unfortunately errors may occur therefore prices and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Ethical Suppliers
The suppliers we use are required to operate ethically and are expected to comply with national employment laws and regulations. Fabulous Jewellery would never knowingly source from suppliers who DO NOT protect employee’s human rights.
We try to monitor suppliers and set requirements in our supplier agreement, but due to suppliers outsourcing we cannot monitor all employees, but we endeavour to do so where we can. We require all our suppliers to provide products which are 100% Nickel Free and 100% Lead Free. If a non-nickel coating is used it must be sufficient to ensure that this requirement is met for at least two years of normal use.
